Korean Mocha Bread Recipe





Korean Mocha bread recipe- 


This recipe is great! There is no set of rules, which makes it a bonus! Just throw in all the ingredients into one bowl and mix.


*Bake time and Temp- 320F 25min


Bread- 
200g All purpose flour
30g sugar
4g salt
3g instant coffee
6g instant dry yeast
20g butter
1 egg
70g luke warm water

*Rising time- 1hour
*2nd rising time- 30-40 min





Biscuit topping-
45g butter
25g sugar
1/2 egg yolk
12g milk + 1tsp instant coffee
93g all purpose flour

*Refrigerate while the bread dough rises.




*Store in an air tight bag.

Good for 2 days.
